Shamrock and The Hong Kong Corporate Sevens have a long history. Catering to the rugby fraternity goes hand in hand with our regular corporate clients, it’s what we do best.

Our Team of dedicated staff will be on hand to fuel both the players and supporters with an array of festive and savory foods.

For all you early birds we will kick start the morning with hot & fresh breakfast offerings including smoked English bacon rolls, stuffed croissants, fresh fruits washed down with fresh fruit juice and fine Italian gourmet coffee.

This year sees the return of the ever popular 24 hour slowed cooked pulled pork. The smoked Australian beef and pork jumbo hotdogs topped off with lashing of homemade relish. The Auzzie Cheese burger makes a return accompanied with our homemade onion jam.

For the pocket rockets we will be back serving our Strawberry Flavored cotton candy and our crunchy caramel popcorn.

Fear not the grown-ups: the bar will be in full swing from 11am. We will be serving cocktails, a selection of Australian wines; Cider and local beers. We will be extending the beer garden area with more picnic benches and tables and when the sun sets – let the party begin!
